Regal collaborates with the architect/engineer to expedite the approval process for items such as shop drawings and samples.

Reports and Project Site Documents
Regal maintains complete records on-site, including as-built and shop drawings, samples, materials, equipment, maintenance and operating manuals and instructions, and other construction related documents including all revisions.  At the completion of the project, we organize these documents and deliver them to the owner as part of the close-out package for the project.

Continuing Support
Regal will instruct the owner’s maintenance personnel in the operation of all systems and equipment.  Furthermore, trade contractors will assist in the initial start-up and remain available for consultation until all systems are fully operational. We provide manuals and guarantees to the owner’s maintenance personnel.   Service and/or repair warrantees are provided where applicable.
