Regal will carefully orchestrate the work of all trade contractors and will communicate with the architect/engineers and client to complete the project in accordance with the owner’s cost, time and quality objectives.  The following steps ensure that our clients will get the very best service and quality work:

• We maintain a full-time superintendent on-site to coordinate and provide comprehensive direction to trade contractors
• We conduct regular progress meetings at which the trade contractors, the owner, the architect/engineer, the construction manager and the superintendent discuss procedures, progress, problems and scheduling
• We monitor the construction schedule as the project progresses
• We verify potential variances between scheduled and probable completion dates
• We review incomplete work or work not started and contact trade contractors to schedule changes needed to meet the completion date
• We determine the adequacy of the trade contractor’s personnel and equipment and the availability of materials and supplies to meet the schedule
• We anticipate, develop and implement courses of action when requirements of a trade contract are not being met
