Working from initial plans, Regal can provide accurate and complete cost estimates. We are able to provide detailed estimates at various phases of the project and we update and refine the cost projection as the schematic development proceeds.  Regal advises both the architect and the client if at any point in the plan development it appears that the project’s construction budget may be exceeded.  Furthermore, we offer recommendations for corrective action.  After preparing our budget we can sit down and review all aspects of the proposed budget and discuss areas that may need to be modified.
